RSK was founded in 2012 at the request of our clients that continued to have quality and logistical difficulties when seeking procurement of panel boxes. The professionals at RSK combine more than 160 years experience in designing and manufacturing complex control systems for the Oil and Gas, Pipeline and Petro Chemical industries. Their real-world experience is backed by a corporate philosophy focused on quality control and customer satisfaction. This commitment to manufacturing excellence has positioned RSK to deliver reliable products that consistently meet customer expectations and exceed regulatory requirements.

August, 2012

Founded

The company was founded by Kevin Davis, PE, Steve Suarez, PE, and Richard Gomez, PE in Louisiana. 

October, 2017

Expanded

Expanded our shop size from 2,700 sqft to 5,162 sqft (Moved from N. Airport Location to Current Location.

August 2019

Certification

Received UL 508 certification for Industrial Control Panels.

November 2013

Expanded

Expanded our shop size from 1500 sqft to 2,700 sqft (Moved from S. Airport Location to N. Airport Location. 

August 2018

First international order

First international order shipped to Guadalajara, Mexico. 

October 2020

Expanded

Expanded and doubled our shop size to 10,324 sqft.

Fabricate high quality, thoroughly tested products to ensure that when our product is installed and energized all components function properly and are trouble-free. This is achieved by using only high quality components in the products that we manufacture, using skilled and trained workers to manufacture the products, and inspecting and testing all products before they are delivered.

Communication

Eliminate customer change orders by evaluating the bid drawings during the bid process to determine if there are any errors or discrepancies in the bid documents and communicating these to the customer prior to submitting the proposal or including optional prices with our proposal for the customer to evaluate.

Delivery

Provide on-time delivery by communicating a realistic delivery schedule to the client with our proposal and identify any long lead components that are required, and expedite delivery of any components required to meet our stated delivery time.
